Same thing happened to me. I didn't put the upper front strut bearings back in (it's more like a bushing actually). Good luck!!!

its a common thing with aftermarket springs I guess. Seems everyone has an issue with noises. I know my shocks are fine but I still get sounds. If you want to test the shocks, go push down hard on front or back of car and watch it come up. It should bounce up in one time and not jiggle a few times.

I love my KYB AGX/Eibach ProKit combo. Comfortable and adjustable.

I suggest tokico HP's. Pretty good, affordable, and they'll handle your drop since it's only an inch all around.
Here's a pretty killer deal:http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW

As for your popping. Try going back to your struts, and make sure the top hat is aligned properly with your strut. Some people here grease up the tops and bottoms of their springs and that has seemed to work.
Read the mex's DIY and you'll know what to do.

I just installed the Eibach Sportline and I'm noticing the same thing... wiggle the steering wheel and a little noise is noticible. It drives me crazy. I was almost ready to go purchase new tierod ends to see if that helped, until I read these posts. I know it's all put together perfectly. All I'm going to do is double check the 7 bolts holding it all together. Anyone else know? Should I try to tighten the tie rod ends a bit more?

Edit>>

Yeah, I did line it all up... I just went out and found the top center bolt wasn't as tight as it should be... after a 17mm wrenching and a hex to hold the center, the sound has magically disappeared. This forum is priceless. Having all these civic lovers in one place, sharing their wrench turning experiences is awesome.
Thanks everyone!

You have to make sure that you indexed them correctly. Here's what I mean. See the arrows in the red circles? They must line up with the hole on the lower perch.

Then you have to make sure that the bearings are good and packed with grease, the spring is fully seated in the upper rubber perch and that everything is torqued down correctly.

Also make sure you preload the suspension with a floor jack before tightening up the three top mount nuts and the two steering knuckle bolts. Just place the floor jack under the LCA by the knuckle bolt(becareful, you dont want to bend anything) and jack it up about an inch. This will help keep your steering wheel aligned.
