HELP stock suspension

ookkkkayyyy....

so i installed the stock springs to raise the car back up...

and why is it whenever i turn the clinking noise is stilll there!

WHOEVER DESIGNED THIS CAR I WANT TO KILL THEM. I HATE 01+ CIVICS!!!!

lol ya i hate this car.

Because you f*cked up your steering bearings. Swapping the springs doesn't unf*ck the bearings.

What my esteemed colleague is trying to say is, you've damaged the steering rack by lowering the car, thats what creaks. so Simply raising the car back up doesnt un-do that damage. So your still going to get that creak.

Did you inspect the strut bearings? Could be like mentioned above that their bad. Other possiblities are the spring isnt seated correctly or the 3 strut bolts on top arent torqued enough.

oh well.. car is in the shop now haha . had to get it towed cause the stupid tie rod nut came loose.

so you couldn't lock back the tie rod nut? you can just replace them so you don't need to get it towed
