Rep Power: 0 They're both just springs, I can't imagine they differ too much. Both companies are very reputable, and unless you cut your coils, I can't imagine any set of springs being too bouncy. It just depends on how much drop you want, progressive or not, etc etc.

Rep Power: 0 I doubt too many people had the opportunity to try both and compare. I just got Teins and absolutly no complaints. You might feel bumps and road irregularities more with aftermarket springs. The Teins feel fairly stock. After driving some people around they admit that if I haven't told them they would not have known I got new springs.
If you havent' go through all the discussions about wearing our your stock struts. You can find that stuff in the faq and search tool. Also note that you should get an alignment after lowering. If you want to see how it looks like, check out my members rides. I have a very similar car to yours.

Rep Power: 0 The springs are installed for 3 days now and I've been told that it may go down a little more. However I doubt it will be a major drop from now on. I would say 2 fingers above the tire/under chassis after the drop. If you're looking for a low ride, the s.techs will only drop 1.3/1.4 (they claim).
Keep in mind that some of my shots are shot directly parallel heightwise to the wheel which makes the gap its biggest. Theres a huge POST YOUR LOWERED RIDE post in this forum for more pics of different drops.
