can i do anything to fix this or help out? the more i look at it, the more i get upset. so someone please post something to make me feel better!
pics....fingers are tilted cuz rear can't even fit one finger straight. so its not THAT bad as it looks. take away about a 1/2 finger from front and back and that really how low..

blown shocks dont affect ride height. Springs are what hold the car up, shocks just absorb shock from spring compression. Id try re-seating the springs, if not, i dunno what kind of warranty tein has, but i'd look into sending them back. How long have you had them?

most aftermarket springs are meant for coupes, as you have a sedan, that may be one of the issues.
second, it is possible that your rear struts are shot
third, a blown shock can lower your vehicle height unproperly because once the strut gives up, oil leaks out and has nothing inbetween the shock chambers. you also said "shocks just absorb shock from spring compression." it is possible that his tein springs are being compressed right now and keeping it that way.

Two words, AIR SHOCKS! Just kidding, I would send the manufacture some of those pics. I bought a Harwood Cowlinduction hood a few years back and after a month it started bending in the sun. I send them pictures and after talking to a sales rep they agreed to send me a new hood free of charge. The next week I went out street racing and sold it to a guy who had the same car as I did for 350.00 cash. I would assume if you worked with someone from the company and was nice about it maybe they would give you some satisfaction. Never hurts to try!
I think Tein S-Techs were only made for coupes but many have tried putting these on a sedan which has resulted in sag in the rear. I was planning on getting those springs for my sedan but decided to get the Eibach Prokit instead.
Hope you figure a way to solve your problem!

well if you want to test the shocks, drive around for 20 min, then go to each shock and feel it. if it is hot, it is binding and needs to be replaced, if it is cold, it isnt working, if it is warm, it is a good shock, unless it is leaking.
The weight difference between coupe and sedan are just a few pounds in any model. And in the DX MT, the sedan weighs less. So suggesting weight that would effect springs is nonsense.
By the way why is the EX so much heavier than the LX? Moonroof?
Coupe Curb Weight (lbs., MT/AT)
2456 / 2513 DX
2440 / 2522 Value package
2536 / 2587 LX
2598 / 2657 EX
Sedan Curb Weight (lbs., MT/AT)
2449 / NA DX
NA / 2544 Value Package
2560 / 2606 LX
2612 / 2668 EX

Most likely its just cause the springs are either poor quality or they have just flat out worn out!

Acutually a blown shock can cause sagging.... the stock shocks are a Gas charged Damper, The Charge in the damper is trying to Make that damper Extend, which helps sport the car a bit (its not its primary purpous, but it does any way) when the shocks blow, this charge leaks out, which can cause the car to sagg.
Considering you were on stock shocks... I'd have to say the sagging is mostlikely caused by blown shocks in the rear.

i have eibach prokit on my sedan with only an amp in the trunk and mine is one finger gap lower than the front. It's a common problem with sedans. Answer = full coils instead of springs so you adjust the ride height.

the man said his springs is looking like ****, yes they do bcz the springs is sagging by default, and yes, the springs is what hold up the car, not the dampers ( aka shock absorbers).
