215/50/16 and Pro-kit?
I picked up a set of the split 7-spoke HFP rims and decided to go with 215/50/16 BFGoodrich Traction T/A V's to keep the speedometer straight on my '01 EX Coupe. Also, I am going to be replacing my OEM struts with Tokico HP's and was considering swapping-out the springs with the Eibach's while I was at it.
I see there are many out there dropped on lower profile 215's, but none with the beefy 50 sidewall. Has anyone out there used the above setup? Or an even lower spring perhaps? I just want to make sure before I start piecing this project together.
Thanks.

Your sizing will fit perfectly for the speedometer ...
My honest opinion is that 16's are way too small these days. I'd say the standard now is at least 18's ... which I have a 215/40R/18 and its on a Neuspeed Sport drop (1.5f/1.75r). I dont have any rubbing or scrapping on curbs. The car has a tight stance and sits low for a clean look.
As for your drop on the Prokit ... dont worry your going to have a tonne of clearance. In fact in my opinion too much.
Either way ... with that size of tire/rim ... you could do a Eibach Sportline drop and not scrape, rub or bottom out on any speedbumps etc.
What is it again that your asking by "I just want to make sure ..."
