Question about my SPC camber kit.

Sorry for the newb question but..
I just bought a used SPC camber kit and I want to know if I got everything I needed to install it. On SPC's website, it shows a camber kit with a bolt

Here's what i got

I didnt get the bolt, but do i have everything I need to install the camber kit?

Also... I dont really understand this step.

It says adjust the camber by loosening the jam nuts. The holes in my kit goes from one end to the other, and there's no nut there on my kit...

Or are the jam nuts on the side of the camber kit?
I still dont get what thy're adjusting in that picture because mine's hallow in those two holes..

As you can probably tell, I'm a newb at suspension. Plz help?

The red circles are the jamb nuts.. loosen them then adjust the camber using the huge middle section.
