Springs Help
Hello, I currently have a Honda Civic EX Coupe 2002. My front anti-roll bar is 25.4mm I have a 22mm rear bar. My next modification is shocks and springs. I plan on getting Tokico HPs, but I wasn't sure what springs were right for me. I need a comfortable car with improved handling. Mostly I will be using my car for daily dricing and occaisionaly as a weekend racer for road racing. I was looking for springs that would not reduce the life of my shocks, reduce body roll, but not so much so that my ride quality is significantly reduced(really poor road conditions in Montreal Canada).
Here are the springs that I have looked up. I couldn't find the spring rates for the Neuspeed and Eibachs.

I love my sportlines, they are a bit harsh at times cause our roads suck, if you want a performance spring that makes it really fun to drive dont expect a smooth ride.
and I forgot already but Tokico has a warning and it might be 1.5" drop MAX. I dont remember, I could always find my instructions and check for ya... maybe it was 1.75.. prolly 1.75 cause i know sportlines are DEFINITLY in the clear
if it is 1.75.. i'd do Neuspeed Sport, just cause they're lower, if you're looking for performance and a smooth ride compromise... maybe get Eibach Pro Kit, or 1" drop or maybe 1.3"ish? H&R? not really sure wut adice to give ya.

Nindoo, there are not spring rates for progressive springs. They just come in %. You should call the company and ask them what percentile their springs fall in. Usually it is around 25-35% stiffer than stock. Say a spring is 30-35% stiffer than stock, when fully extended it is 30% stiffer then stock, but when fully compressed it is 35% stiffer than stock. From what I know of both, go with the cheaper ones. They are about equal other than that.
^^ I agree.
You will be happy with a set of Neuspeed Springs. Neuspeed sport for the daily driver trying to keep his ride quality as smooth as possible. Neuspeed race for the more agressive driver who isn't as concerned with ride quality.
