Question A Question

ok i want to drop my car and i was considering taking off my wheel well. i was wondering that if i took it off could i run into any problems because of
i.e. if it rains will the water splash up into my engine and damage it.

first time i ever heard this one.
if your talking about the front fender wells, yes, water can splash up around your suspension components mainly and engine bay possibily. as for damaging the engine bay, i have no idea but my guess would be NO. your car has a skid plate right underneath the engine block, but water comming from the side is unexpected.

may i ask why?

cus im might want to drop it 3" and when i get rims the tires might rub but if the taking out the wells damages the car then i wont do it

I wouldn't recommend doing that unless your car is a full blown show or race car & rarely driven daily on the road.

ah ic. a member here has his sedan dropped around 3.5" all around and doesnt rub. but hes on 19's =|
as TSSCivic said, if your daily driving and encounter water,snow, or anything type of substance that can damage your motor, i would do it. and plus, by the time your dropped 3", your front bumper is gonna be the next "mr plow"
