will a front strut bar cause the front shocks to blow out quicker? i figured since it stiffened up the front that it might, cause my front shocks blew out quick, thanks

No. All the bar does is keep the front end from twisting.

how much does the front actually twist i used to have a DC for like 2 days but i didnt notice anything so i sold but people tell me they feel a diff?

Was it the 3 piece DC bar? if it was... that thing is pretty flexible as is, so I dont konw how much it could help. any way, Reducing chassis flex is allways a good idea. Untill you get to the point where your Reinforcing parts that dont see much if any flex...
