A arm bushing ripped

front passenger bushing ripped arm is now resting on the metal peice..

what do i do..

who puts new bushings on? i heard they need to be pressed in..

so im guessing its dealer for oem or get poly and have someone else install.

get poly urethane... they will last alot longer than oem, i have ripped my bushings atleast 3 times on the left side and 2 on the right...

i ordered ES ones and getting em pressed in 21st i should be fine till then i guess.
