Can a rear sway be installed without jacking up the rear?

I've done a rear sway bar install without jacking the car up on another car, but not a civic..

Its not easy to get the swaybar unloaded with the wheels on the ground, but I'm sure it could be done. Getting the stock one off should be fairly easy, but getting a stiffer one back on could prove difficult.

just jack it up, more workspace
