Exclamation Bad camber with Tein SS and SPC camber kit

I just had my car aligned and they said that they were unable to adjust my camber to factory specs. The front camber is -1.7 and -2.0. What could be the reason that they couldnt adjust the camber kit more? I just dont want to wear out my tires.

Don't feel bad.
I got a free alignment yesterday on a honda hoist, factory specs, and it still doesn't look right. LOL

they probably did not know how to adjust the camber kit. Both front and back spc kits can handle any drop...as long as nothing is bent.

The car is probably too low. Camber adjusters can only go so far. If they 0 your toe, then the camber angle is fine. I've had mine at -2 since june and I still can't tell anything is uneven with the tires.

Thats pretty much true. As long as your not totally slammed, you should be able to get all of your camber back to spec. Get a second a opinion.

Ah, dude. Don't tell me this. I've got a set of Tein SS sitting in the corner of my room and a SPC kit on my car. I hope I don't have this same problem. But then again, I'm not really looking to dump the car anyway.

TEiN IMO doesn't even go that low. If you pick a good alignment shop and show them how to adjust the kit you will be fine.
