There isn't a better. Eibach Is Closer to stock. Neuspeeds aren't.

If you read the FAQ you would have known that there is no best of any part. You have to decide what you want the car to do. Neuspeeds and Eibach are about equal. Opinions are going to do you no good and how are people going to back up their opinion? They can't back up an opinion when most have only had experience with one spring. This is definitely not an interesting thread.

ive had both springs. both are equal to me.
eibach=shorter drops, maybe a lil better of a ride, uneven drop amounts (ex. - 1.4f 1.5 r)
neuspeed=bigger drops, lil tighter of a ride, even drop amounts (ex. - 1.5 f and r)
i ran eibachs on my 01 when i had it for a while
i have neuspeed sport springs now on my 04 Si
i love both, its up to you, both are good companies
