Will it fit if I modify my axels?

I want to change all my brakes to disk.
I understand we can do the SI convertion 4 lug nuts.
Or the RSX convertion 5 lug nuts.
Although I will not get the stock disk (bigger aftermarket)
I'll have to change some parts to make this any of this two choices work on my 01 civic.

How will this affect the fitting of the shock ,coilovers, springs, camber kits courrently avilable for our cars?

That was the plan.
But I'm concern about the fitting on the 5 lugs.

I think the SI convertion will be good after that getting aftermarket bigger disk and calipers.
I want a good shock spring combo too.
