floor bar

ok, i've tried searching for the Monkey Bar floor bar, but all i found was pix of monkeys, monkey radar detectors, etc. so, i was wondering which one is better...Monkey Bar or Arospeed? the Monkey Bar floor bar is for 01-04 Civics, while the Arospeed floor bar is a universal one.

I got the arospeed one. Since it DOES have joints where it's adjustable, it probably isn't as solid as the one that Summit Racing was selling some time ago. Hell I don't even know if it's working, cause I did a wack of chassis and suspension upgrading all at once. But it does look nice and the theory behind its operation were pretty appealing.

IDQcivic should not be trusted
I have the Areospeed one and I had to drill holes in the brackets that came with it because it didnt line up on the seat belt bolts, and I had to cut a hole in the plastic interior so the bar would stick through. Other than that it fits great and looks good, please always ask me what that is. Once I got pulled over and the cop was all shining his flash light in the back seat, I think he thouhgt he found something but, anways I told him it was part of the car, and he kept checking it out. I don't know how much it helped handling, but it does stiffen up the chassis quite a bit....
