Its possible, how low did you have it before, and did you ever bottom them out??
Konis deal with low ride heights pretty well, but if you bottom them out you will destroy them. I'd suggest getting them checked out and see if they are still good. (Dont just buy new ones!! if they are blown Koni can repair/referbish/revalve for less then a new set!!)

IS your car a coupe or sedan? I put Tein S-techs in my sedan and the rear is just less than 1/4" lower the the front. Put the same springs in a coupe the next week and the drop is perfectly even. every shop told me that the Tein's are interchangable. I'm pretty sure that neuspeed had different part # for coupes and sedans. I'd check part # first. Since shocks don't support any weight of the vehicle and your springs are new, I doubt shocks are your problem. To check if they're blown, bounce a corner on your trunk lid and see how many times it has to bounce up and down. Should only come up and stop. Or look for leaks.
