Good Buy for Suspension under $1,000

These look almost identical to my D2's except they come with uppermounts on the rear struts, just a direct bolt in with no modications. Anyone have these or heard of these? are they any good? this is a good buy, i'm sure they gotta be better than the POS Hayames
