Get some toyicko shocks($350) to go along with that. Rsx Sway bar($60). Neuspeed Strut bar ($100). That would be a pretty good combo and its cheaper than what you wanted to spend. And yes theres way more suspension parts but this should be pretty good setup.
And did you want to make your car handle on the streets or on the track as in AutoX.

haha. they should know what they're doing, otherwise they shouldn't pick up another wrench. they should see right away that the bolt is too big. common sense would be to drill it so it fits correct? that's the only mod for the tokicos as well as the B&G coilovers. i'm assuming that it's the same for the teins, but i haven't heard about it.

That has all the specs you will need for Tein models for the 01+ Civic coupe and sedan.

I heard Koni's and Goldlines are a nice combo..
The cool thing about an aftermarket spring and aftermarket strut(Koni, Tokico, KYB) combo is that you can always try out different setups. If you dont care for that option then perhaps consider a nice coil over setup.

Definately go for full coilovers. Get those Teins and some Energy Suspensions urethane bushings. For about $125 front and rear, the bushings were the best money I spent on my suspension. Some people might say the ride is too rough but I don't think so.
