Need some help lowering

Well i have Teins SS and i got them new but there was no directions, as far as adjustment, in the box and what paper work i do havew is written in Japanese. I need help figuring out how to lower the front about a finger gap. Please help me in detail if possible. And with this small of an adjustment will a camber adjustment and alignment be needed. Im thinking the alignment will be but not camber.

camber and alignement SHOULD be fine...

you got 2 wrenches, you just compress the spring more by turning them, that make sense to ya?

I don't know if you'll be able to get a 1 finger gap, maybe depending on your tires. I have Tein SS and have it dropped all the way in the front and have like 2 fingers gap, but I have 205/40/17 tires. Anyways to lower it just loosen the big nuts that the springs sit on with the 2 wrenches, hopefully you have the wrenches, then to lower just move the nuts down, and then tighten the nuts up again.

If it works anything like every other coilover out there. You should have 2 wrenches, there should be 2 rings below the spring. The top one positions it, the lower one locks it in place. To loosen, turn the top one counterclockwise and the bottom one clock wise simultaneously. This will unlock it, then lower the car (I think you raise the top one to compress the spring), then spin the bottom one up and lock them together by turning the top one CW and the bottom one CCW. You'll need to repeat this until you got it where you want it. Easiest way to keep it even is to use a ruler from the top of the lower bracket. Counting revolutions as you go also helps.
You WILL need an alignment. The amount of toe in that gets put in by a slight height adjustment is quite large.

you don't want to compress the spring to lower it, you got it backwards, trust me I know I have the coilovers, think about it, how could compressing the spring which raises the rings up, lower the car, that just don't make sense...
