skunk2s on OEM shocks

this is my question i was wondering if anyone has run the skunk2 coilovers for a 02 civic ex coupe on the oem shocks? im getting the coilovers now if all goes as planned and im goign to wait and see if later ill need shocks
if anyone has any insight for me just let me know thanks alot

you don't need em neccessarily....but most people will tell you get them because of how "HARSH" the ride is but it's not so bad really then people make it seem. IM on GC coilvers and im A-Okay.......but yea there gonna blow oh well.

Read the FAQ. It doesn't make a difference what you lower with, it is usually ALWAYS recommended.

i have skunk2 coilovers on oem shocks on my 03 if it matters?
like others said, dont NEED them but highly recommend you do. i beleive mine hasnt been blown (yet... *knocks on wood*). the city i live in have pretty rough roads but i drive real careful around the city.

Im on Ground Control with blown shocks. Its not as bad as people make it out to be but yes, at times it is a little bouncy

I've had skunk 2 coilovers for about a year now on stock shocks and the ride isn't that bad and I have it lowered all the way. You WILL need a camber kit, tires worn to nothing in less than a year. Got the spc kit and love it so far with pirelli p3000. Reguardless of what shock you get, it'll blow if your lower than 2.5" over time. I'm looking into the omni full set up that's out now, but waiting for more feedback on them.

ride will not be as great but most importantly you will need a camber kit. (SPC)! rear camber most importanT!
