They aren't out yet as far as we know. Why don't you call up KYB and ask them all those questions?
And the title of your post says KYB adjustables and then you ask if they are dampening adjustable? What other kind of adjustable would they be?

Rep Power: 380 #1. as Robbclark stated, to our Knowlage they arnt out yet.
#2. for the street you dont need Adjustible dampers (Tokico Blues would be perfectly fine for 90% of street applications)
#3. if you are using them for racing then you should be looking at Konis not KYB....
