good drop on 18s?

I've got 225/40/18s tires on my car now. I want to drop my car about 1 1/2" all around to take up the wheel gap. Check out my pics and you'll know what I mean. What should I use to do this? Should I do adjustable coilovers, springs, struts, what? should I get like 35 series tires. I s this gonna help?

I just need opinions about good options. I would like to have a fairly decent ride, given it's an everyday driver.

HELP ME!!!

You should order some Tein full coilovers. Since you dont want to go too low these would be the best option and best quality.
