ok so im going through the same problem and im pretty sure they installed the upper mount, but still when i turn the wheel too much to one side it makes a boing sound, idk if that is what you guys are describing as metal to metal sound, i'm not sure what i should do. I've think that what it is is that the rubber bushing on the bottom of the coil is causing it to stick and then once it can't hold it any more it boings back into place. any help?
