Yup Koni's are lifetime warranty, but its not as easy as it use to be to get them replaced from what Ive read. Still, its nice to know that its there.

Read a little closer. It's lifetime. the 1-year applies to electronic components.

Ok so that means that, one I am goin to be able to adjust like the koni's? Like a soft and firm setting? and the other will be at a set damper? I Just wanna know if these Tokico's are better than Koni's. Anyone have both? Im on sportlines btw. Also I should mention that I wont be autocrossing or anything just daily driving sometimes a little more spirited.

Yes that is exactly what it means. Illuminas will have it and the HP won't. Based on the way you describe your personal driving habits I would recommend Tokico HP's. Adjusting the "stiffness" is a nice feature but not absolutely necessary for daily driving.

My friend has about 70,000 miles on his TEIN SS setup for his Accord and hardly a decrease in performance, if any. Do the smart thing, go with the proven suspension.
