strut bar rubbing

strut bar rubbing

well i just bought a strut bar for my 2001 ex , when i went to install it it rubs against my intake (short ram aem) what should i do , is there some bars that fit better with the intake , or is there some way of making some space between the intake and strut bar ? thanks

DC fits and i believe neuspeed as well.

i actually just put my strut bar on like 20mins ago. its the DC bar. i got it cuz i knew all others wouldnt clear my Injen CAI, besides Neuspeed. you should have done your research.

Xenin, how did you move your clutch reservoir? well...if u drive manual of coarse..

its automatic. i believe its the Neuspeed that you need to move the reservoir. the DC bar kinda hovers over the engine.

yeah, but u gotta move the clutch reservoir too...even with DC..

ya i looked around and i figured id try just a regular one and save some $ but it hits everytime the engine moves , i think im gonna order the dc this week but even though it was just a cheap strut bar i felt a difference.
