How long will KONIs last?
hi i just fitted my 03 Civic EX with KONI yellows. Do you know how long can these last for normal street driving? many have told me about 1 year and I feel this is very short lifespan. What's your comments? Thanks!

Yup, life time warranty was one reason why I bought a set. I was told Koni will ship out another set to you first, then later you ship back the defective ones so that you wont have any down time.

Eek.. 3 times? Damn thats some bad luck. I think your the first I've heard of that had to replace them so many times. 112 bucks up front? I guess if its refundable I'd pay it.

well the problem diabol is haveing, is from the instalation. not from koni, remember the front ones are just inserts. not a full strut like the rear. you have to cut open the oem struts.

Did you have the new rear perch design with cut groove in it for the circlip? The new perch has a groove in them that traps the circlip so it has no chance of popping out. I think around November/December was the time they started distributing the newwe design.. not sure.
I've had mine on for a more then a few months now and no problems yet.
