question about front spc camber kit

question about front spc camber kit

hi everyone,quick question.. i ordered a full spc camber kit from circax a few months ago ..... well he sent me the wrong stock number for the front spc camber kit ....and i cant get in contact with him.. well for the front camber kit the model number for the one i got is 81280.. i have a civic 01 and in the f.A.q it says SPC front camber kit for 01-03(14mm) 81260
SPC front camber kit for 03(16mm) 81280

i was wondering if it could work and do i really need a front camber kit i am dropping my car like 1.7 can anyone please help me out

If you read the F.A.Q.'s it says...."You don't NEED a camber kit"

But honestly for the fronts....you really don't. For the rear, yes, unless you have gobs of money for new tires. (I know toe eats tires more than camber, but camber still hurts)

I bought a full camber kit, and I'm kickin' myself for gettin' the fronts. Good ole Mac struts stay pretty much straight, so you don't really need it. It's a good precaution if you're paranoid, but I wouldn't worry about it too much.

^WORD. I just installed my camber kits for the front. They really serve no purpose. Just use the stock 19mm bolts.

thanks but i just bought a spc camber kit for the front for my 01 civic .. if anyone wants i have a 03 spc camber kit for the front

I think the camber kit for the front serves more of a purpose to give negative camber. Anyway I have the SPC front camber kit and would rather have the wheel at 0deg. Enough money wasted daily and tyres shouldn't be on the list.

WOAH STOP RIGHT THERE!!!!!!!

ok now i want alll of u guys that DOES NOT have the front camber kit on, go to an alignment shop and have them pring out the camber on the front....100% SURE THAT ITS NOT WITH IN SPECIFICATION.

u ask y am i so sure?

cuz i aligned my own car, YES WITH 10 OF MY FINGERS!....and i guess what the computer shows.....IT'S OFF....front camber is NOT with in spec.

so all im saying is...its only costs 20$......20$ loudsy dollars....what ever it does under the front is a benefit
