Ingalls rear kit on...let the squeeks begin...
I just finished installing an Ingalls rear camber kit on my 02 sedan, just a week or so after installing my Pro Kit. (Yes, it needed one...VERY visible lean in) MAN, all of the sudden, squeeks from hell! All from the passenger rear side. I took everything apart today and put Never seize and white lithium grease everywhere...to no avial.
I also ended up stripping out one of the bolts on the new camber arm that screws up like into the trunk area.
Jeez, this sux! Sounds like dry polyurathane bushings rubbing together in the trunk! Anyone have a suggestion?

No crescent wrenches here. All bolts torqued to spec. I may try the plastic washer thing on the two bolts on the inside of the camber arm...one of the ones I stripped.
Doesn't make much noise bouncing up and down on the car when stopped, but when rolling into the driveway and into the garage...it sounds like my greatgrandma's old rocking chair!

Maybe my car is an exception, but just after installing my wheels and tires the rear wheels were noticably leaning inward. After the springs...it looked like a old VW Beetle or something. Straight up level, now, slightly rubs the fender lip. Had to put a tad of camber on it and it works great...just the freakin squeeking on that one side!
i have the ingalls kit and mine does the same thing. i think the actual problem is with the bolt that conects the kit to the rear spindel. the kit comes with a nut not welded on to the kit. the factory arm as the nut welded on to prevent the nut from sliding up and down. just my thoughts

did all of you DIY or have a shop do it? I get sounds too but its with my stock camber. i took it off but ended up putting it back. I think i know what i did wrong, i'll let you guys know once i install my spc.
VNlilMAN, are you sure it's your stock camber making the noise? I know some folks have gotten squeeks and noises from their coil springs being butted up against the stopper. I always place mine a sideways finger back off the stopper...if that makes any sense.

i started gettings squeeks after i was messing with the camber kit
since the squeeks i have changed suspensions and the squeek/clanking is still the same coming from the same place.
I think mines not tight enough AND i was reading the instructions and you have to tighten the nut on the arm while the car is on the ground, not when its raised. something about it putting a preload on the bushings when its raised...
