i know honda has that new factory perf. line of products....

i was wondering if those HFP springs fit for any civic 01-03 ??

yes, but i dont think they will sell you the springs alone, i think you have to buy the whole FP kit from what i heard

yes they will fit but you have to buy the whole kit which is like 2k. It isn't worth it. You can get better performance from other parts. It only lowers your car like 1" and gives you some new rims. Definitely not worth it.
