Need help on spring/uppermount allignment..please

Well, here's the problem...I've had ground control coilovers for two years with no aftermarket strut or shock, what ever you want to call it..I dropped the car 3in. and after a while, the shock was blown. So after all that and two years of a bumpy ride I decided to put my stock springs back in and what happened is that I didn't allign the spring with the top hat and upper mount of the shock assembly..so it started making a loud popping noise after a the wheel is turned a certain amount of degrees...I know what the problem is but its really hard to fix because after all that time, the marking on the spring and upper mount is all rubbed off..I can't seem to allign it probably...I finally decided to get the neuspeed sport springs because of all the positive reviews since I still want a lower stance...So the real question is has anyone had this problem and found a way to fix it...or maybe when the springs come in, I should just let the shop do it for me..I'm not affraid to admit that I have to tools to fix, but not the "know how" like many out there...Also I have bought brand new bearings and a upper mount just in case those are messed up... Any kind of advice would really help.

As you can see part #10/11 and 7 have arrows that should line up. According to Mex's pictures those arrows should be toward the outside of the car, aligned with the bottom.

Also if you look at part #2 that rubber peice, if you look closely you'll see that one side is narrower than the other. Place the end of the spring on the narrow side and ya the noises should be gone...
