This may be a stupid question, but is the 2004 setupi basically the same as the 2001-2003 setup?
I mean, can we buy 01-03 parts for a 2004 Coupe? The reason I ask is that most sites list their parts for '01-'03 without mentioning the 2004.....
I thought the only differences were body (front end, rear taillights). Can someone please confirm?

yes, the o4 suspension should be exactly like the 03. If you had to make any modifications it would be the same as modding an 03, shouldn't be any problems though. The same springs and such will work on your car as they do all others.

We cannot confirm that honda has changed the spring rates or the shocks throughout this generation. The only differences that we know of suspension wise are the anti-roll bars, which are the same as the 03. If want to modify your suspension, it will be the same as modifying any 7thgen civic, with the exception of some upper mount issues. Most parts are designed for a 2001 and Honda changed the upper mount in 2002, so some coilovers, namely Tein, you need a 'fix' or a 2001 upper mount. Other than that, sway bars, strut bars, camber kits, etc, should all fit the same.
