Rep Power: 0 that design looks really iffy... the tanabe one is made with interlaced opposing triangles, engineering at its best ^_^ this looks like if the car swivels, the brace will just snap, i dunno, i'm biased...don't listen to my ramblings... >_<

Rep Power: 395 All of the designs are different. The materials are different too. I just got my Tanabe Sustec UnderBrace a little while back. I'll install it today and take lots of pics for a DIY. It weighs 4 pounds and is made out of hollow aluminum. It's very stiff too.
The Carbing one attaches to two other spots. In that way it's slightly better than the Tanabe. I don't know the material, but maybe it's made out of steel? That would make it pretty sturdy in the corners, so any twisting force that's not acting on the bars straight across would have to be "absorbed" by the corners. Kinda less efficient than the tanabe IMO.
I would love to see a cross brace with a 6 point setup like the Carbing. Triangled aluminum with thick thick bars and offset design to make the whole thing stiff as all hell. That would be killer IMO.

looked something like that, 6 point harness too...that design looks sick. Just my opinion, no offense to anyone, that carbing one just doesn't look cut for the job.

Rep Power: 395 Anyone know where I can get this thing? I just killed my Tanabe Sustec UnderBrace and I'm looking for something different. I'll write up a DIY, a Review, and a comparison if and when I get it too...
