Coilovers and Strut Bars
Who makes the best coilover in the price range of $250-400 range and who makes the best strut (upper/lower) bar? let me know please and if u have them let me know how u like them thanks

please search next time. There are no true coilovers for under $800. You maybe able to get the tein basics for that price. Sleeved coilovers suck. Read the FAQ in my signature. There is NO BEST of anything. It is a matter of preference and what you want to do with the car. It is silly for us to answer a question like that. The neuspeed front strut bar seems to be the most preferred because it fits around all intakes.
search around for other opinions, decide what you want your car to do, and read up on the parts you are interested in. The FAQ in my sig has a list of most suspension parts.
