I tried to find this in the old posts...but...
can someone please break down the benefits of these? Also, I have koni yellows and wonder if I'd be able to still adjust 'em WITH the upper strut bars on...

Easy, Decreaced Chassis flex, thus allowing the suspension to do its job better= Better handling. and Yes you will still be able to adjust your Konis.

for front, nuespeed, for rear cusco is the best, then spoon, or also a generic one like obx will be just fine

it looks flimsy.. are you sure this is the way to go as far as front uppers?... also.. where's a good place to get cusco rears? I'm not sure if I've seen this mentioned here b4 but... is it the rsx cusco that fits the 02 civic cpe? 130 a good price for the neuspeeds?
