prokit or R-1 coilovers

Just a quick question here. What's the ride quality and over all quality of the R-1 Coilovers?
with the Pro-kit do you need a camber kit? How soon after install of prokit do you need an Alignment?

prokit. rides like stock. minor drop.
you need alignment. soon as springs settled. just get it done in couple days after you install springs

Get the pro kit over the R1 coilovers. sleeved coilovers aren't that great and they are from a "so-so" brand name.

Nothing particularly, since I am not speaking from experience. Sleeved coilovers tend to give harsh rides. The only ones most people trust and use for our car is Skunk2 and Ground control.
