need help with coilovers

i got my coilovers installed today and i think something is wrong

whenever the rear tires hit a bump they make a really loud noise, even if its a small bump. But when my front tires hit bump there is no noise at all. The noise is pretty loud and im worried something is at the point of breaking

can u plz help me out....

um more information please, what type of coilover? both sides of the car? Who installed them??

and also is it just a noise or is your rear suspension bottoming out?

what does bottoming out mean?

and yes i think it is the suspension because when i push down on the rear of my car it makes the same noise but much softer....but if i hit the smallest bump on the road...the noise is LOUD and it sounds like something is breaking
