Neuspeed Sport Springs
Neuspeed Sport Springs
Ok...I know I just posted the Eibach and H & R one but Neuspeed still pops up in my mind. The Neuspeed sport springs are a good price and it lowers the exactly to the height I want it to be. How is the ride with these springs again? Do they eventually sag or go below 1.75 and 1.5 (rear) cuz if they do I might not wanna get them. Is the ground clearance good with these springs? Im sure they are, ive seen pics of the one and they look very clean. I just dont hear what people have to say about them in performance. Now people say its like smoooth and stock springs but then some people say the ride sucks. So i really dont know if I want to get these. How are these as opposed to Eibach and H & R for our civics. I know certain cars certains braand name of springs work better on those than others. I have 17s on the car with 215/40s. I know they wont rub if the drop is under 2inches. Will lowering my car reduce tread life on my tires?

they are fine i have bout 12k miles on mine and they are still great. there is still plenty of ground clearence with em. you wont bottom out on every thing if thats what ur worried about. they basically elimanate mostt of the fender gap. except say a quarter to half an inch
the ride is not much diffrent than stock (as far as bouncy or harshness)
only thing i have against em is when you go over a large bump (speed bump) there is a little spring clatter. but from what i have gathered thats fairly common in most drop springs.

Yeah, the only reason your ride would be harsh is the fact that you have rims now. You wont ride as smooth as stock rims and tires. I've never bottomed out, and with your fat tires, you'll be able to take corners nicely. I have a $20 strut bar on top, but it works GREAT! Its the best $20 I've ever spent on my car. Anyway, you will ride exactly like stock, but lower. Go for the Neuspeeds man!
