ya sport will give you a better ride hands down. 1) they have softer spring rates than race. 2) they're not as low as race. i have sports and i hated them cause it was so high(well now they're not too badd cause i have a kit). before the kit no one could even tell my car was lowered. i got mine for 140 at a local shop. i know www.aieonline.com used to have them for $145 shipped

Damn you guys got your springs at a cheap price. I feel like I got ripped off. I got mine for $175.
Yeah my brother has Race and his ride is very harsh which is the bad part and good part is that it looks nice because its really low. I have Sport and like VNlilMAN, I feel unsatisfied because it doesnt look that low. But the ride is great. I guess it really depends what size rims you have.

www.tornactive.com Rob
I think they have the Goldlines for $149.00. Plus shipping, but you get the 7th gen discount.

I have sports w/ no body kit and 17"s...
I say go Sport if you plan on running a new body kit... Race if you just want rims and maybe just a lip kit... Nothing too low. I wish I would have gone with Race...

so even though race is a little over 2inch drop the car still doesnt sit that low right? IMO my stock height coupe is tall and plenty of clerance that even 2inches or so wouldnt give me too many probs

goldlines.. eh their drop seems very inconsistent. also their springs are really soft, a lil too soft for the drop IMO. one member here, rider, had goldlines with the xenon side skirt. when he had 2 people in the back the side skirts would actually hit the ground.
BlackSI, ya neuspeed race seems perfect with a car with no kit. i remember i just hated my sports when i didnt have a kit. it was just way too high and people hardly even knew my car was dropped.

How rough of a ride are the race springs? I guess the ride would be bad because of all the pot hloes and bumps in LA. Are the sports ride amost as good as stock?

progress springs? get those all you'll be kicking yourself in the *** for not getting something else. the rear on those are much lower than the front and it just looks ugly.
nope neuspeed has a lifetime warranty against sagging, so does all the big companies such as goldline, eibach and h&r.
i dont know about the ride being better than stock but its not too badd.

I have Goldline on right now. The ride is nice but I wanted something lower. So I just bought Nuespeed Race. I install them Saturday. If anyone is looking for Goldlines used for 2 months. Hit me up. I will post pics of drop Saturday night.

Mine don't sag... They act funny sometimes though...
Hey Vnil: For example if you go up a driveway and then park, do your springs sometimes uneven? Like they'll sometimes be higher at times and lower at times? My car does that sometimes. If I'm driving then it'll be fine. But if I go over a speedbump or pull into a driveway, my springs will either stretch or shrink... Or does that happen with all springs?
