HR cup kit has non adjustable height. It has adjustable dampening. Basically it a matched set of shocks and springs. It is NOT out yet. Before you buy it make sure it is really out by calling HR. We have been waiting for that for a long time.

you can adjust the height of the shock body not the spring. It won't adjust too much, but enough to give you some adjustability in making handling better.
$600 is cheap, but it is the low-end of H&R suspensions, so that was the main idea. I had a $1700 H&R coilover setup on my previous car. The suspension was very stiff, but it offered absolutely amazing control of the car.
Anyways, the H&R's aren't for sale yet, but the date must be soon!

I called 3 weeks ago and they said it is not out yet, and they won't know until the next shipment. They keep saying to call back in 6-8 weeks. I seriously doubt it is out even though it has been listed on their site since the beginning of this year.
i have the h&r cup kit. on my accord tho. hehe. it's basically h&r sport springs (same part#), and the struts are koni yellow (painted silver). i have perch adjustability, but only the front damper is externally adjustable, and rears are internally adjustable. not sure how it will be for the 7th gen civic, but i'm looking at that and the hayame coilovers for my dad's 2k2 civic.

YS, i personally would go with the cup kit rather than springs and the konis.
Also, I would not hold your breath on it being out in 6-8 weeks so don't get ripped off here bro. They have been saying this since April and still nothing yet. Trust me, I have called several times to get spring rates for it and they just don't have any information because it has not reached the states yet. Just don't want ya to lose over $600 here.
