I think they aren't worth it, but they are the only shock out there. You will be waiting until the end of this year or beginning of next for other companies to make replacements.
Everybody complains that they're so expensive, especially since they're only inserts. But nobody else got aftermarket shocks out for our car yet and it's already been a couple of years since Honda first started making 7th gens. I think I much rather pay for the Konis and have a better ride quality than have my car dropped on stock shocks and ride around all BUMPY! I also know some people complain about the problems associated with the rear C-ring. I haven't had any problems so far. *crosses fingers*
So if you already got your car lowered, I say go for the Konis. If not, save up for true coilovers.

I never rode on stock shocks, so I wouldn't know. LOL! I installed both Sportlines and Koni Yellows on my car at the same time. I just hear that the ride on stock shocks is hella bumpy.
Here's something to think about though, unless you're going to do the install yourself... you might as well install both new springs and shocks at the same time. Otherwise, you'll end up paying for two installs. Also, think about whether you'll need a camber kit and maybe do the whole she-bang at once. *shrugs*
Your call!

i know koni's are the only shocks out for our car but because of how much they cost and the problems with the c-ring, i wouldn't get them. if your car is lowered i would just wait till other aftermarket shocks are out or save up and get full coilovers. i couldn't afford the full coilovers so i am lowered on skunk2 sleeved coilovers, the ride isn't too bad.
