O.K.,

I have a chance to get these Neuspeed Sports for a good price tommorow only! My question is that I will not be able to add new shocks(probably Konis) for at least 6-8months. This 2003 Si is my wife and it's only 2 weeks old.

Will the factory shocks and struts last long enough with this drop or are they gonna blow in a week?

I know I should do the shocks now but I stumbled into this deal and she really want it lowered. I'm even leaving it on factory rims for a year!

No..Really I only have like 10hrs to make this decision. I don't wanna screw the car up. i've done suspension work but it's alwas been trucks and bugs and stuff. I wish I Could afford shock then I would'nt sweat it.

Is there a cheap shock that will get me by for a year after the drop?

did you get them? sorry i didnt see this in time...
they should be fine. mine including others have been on stock shocks for a year now.
