opinion on stock firestones

Alright, so here's the deal... I still have the stock tires/steel wheels on my car and I just noticed today that the tires were looking a little smooth.. not real smooth but y'know how it is.. well maybe lol Anyways, I measured the tread and there's only 3/32s left? But yet, there's only 10k miles on them.. I hardly ever ever peel out so I'm trying to figure out why the tires are so ****in bald already.. do the tires just suck? My alignment is fine and the suspension is good and no burn outs.. what the hells goin on?
grrr no cash for tires lol this sucks

Yeah I was thinkin about the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S's but they're kind of expensive.. But I was either gonna go with those or the Goodyear Eagle F1s.. what do ya think?

Niether of those tires are available in 15". So that isn't gonna work. Look into the Bridgestone Potenza RE950.

yes the tires do suck in terms of grip and performance. But for them to be bald at 10k miles, that does not sound normal. I took mine off at 26000 KMS and they still have lots of tred on them.

I wasn't thinking for the stock 15"s.. sorry, I should of said something about that before.. anyways, I was looking into getting probably 16"s.. I thought about 17"s but I dont know if I want that rough of a ride though so I'm thinking maybe just sticking with 16"s..
any opinions?

ACTUALLY,

My firestones were bald at around 8,000 miles and I got new tires for FREE. Goto your local firestone dealer/store and tell them whats going on. Thats what I did and he offered me 4 brand new tires for free. And he didnt offer me the same crappy tires either. He offered me Bridgestone Potenza's. Not the RE950 but still a nice tire. So i took him up on it and got the Potenza's. GREAT TIRES!!!! Try it, it worked for me. If you have any questions, P/M and I will help you.
