6thgen's can do it.......why can't we?

At the track last night there was a 6thgen running 13 inch wheels. If a 6thgen can fit them over his caliper why can't we? I've heard the lowest we can go is 14.

I'm asking because I am looking into getting some slicks. Has anyone actually tried to fit 13's or is everyone just guessing?

the size of yoru brakes are why. you can fit the wheels, but it requires changing out the brakes in front.

666 is an unknown quantity at this point
The front callipers and rotors on the 7th gen are much larger than the 6th gen. When my 14's were on my EX there was about 1/4" of clearance from the calliper to the inside of the wheel, it was a very tight fit.
