WHAT DROP?

What is the best lowering kit to get for our cars....any suggestions for 18' to 19' drops....

I have 17's on my car and I'm going to lower it 1.5 inches just to close in the gap. If you had 18's I wouldn't lower it more than 1.5 and 19's would be HUGE for a civic.
