exact wheel size
What is biggest rim i could get without the wheel rubbing or sticking out of the wheel well

Probably a 19X7.5, not sure about 19X8 it maybe too wide.

I think 19's are huge, but people have them and say they don't rub. The widest tire I think you can get is 215. I have them and they are flush with the fenderwell and don't stick out. They look good.
