17' or 18' Better without Drop
Whats going to look better without a drop. This is just considered wheel gap. I live in Wisconsin and wont run the rims during the winter. I probably wont drop the car at all or if I do it wont be tell next spring and I am getting rims soon. So if I whats going to be better 17' on 215/45/17 or 18' on 215/35/18'. Just looking for opinions or pics if you got any. I pretty much want it to look good so when I sell it I can get some retard to pay more money than its worth so I can get a RSX.
To be completely honest ... 17's or 18's will look dumb with the wheel gap ... I really would just suggest waiting until you got enough cash to do it all at the same time. 17's would look dumb but 18's would look even more dumb without a drop.
Btw if you plan on putting on mods to get more cash for your car ... your exactly wrong ... You never get any better resale value on your car by putting in mods... unless your taking a shitty old car like a 92 civic and doing a repaint and engine bay cleanup ... but any type of performance mod's never get value in a resale.

look at my members ride page
i have 17" rims without a drop
at least you will be able to get an idea of what it will
look like
to be honest, i am going to get eibach pro kit drop it
about an inch or so and get new 18" rims.
but i dont think it will look that bad, i mean i have 17's w/o a
drop, IMO it doesnt look that bad.

Thanks for the pictures. I honest dont think 17' on 215/45/17 look that bad. Its hard to tell on mndthegap1 car cause that thing is all black but on boilmaker1 its fine. Yeah I know I should drop it first. But I want to get rid of this car. Not dump awhole bunch of money into it. Would rather spend it on the next car. Cause like mentioned before you wont get to much money or speed out of mods. I want to tune it to run smooth then hand it off to someone young that wants to throw a kit on it slam it and what not. 18 probably would look goofy though without a drop. All that rim no tire and a gap.

If you're dumping it... just dump it. Don't put any money into it.
I know a sucker is born every minute, but you'll have to be really lucky to find someone stupid enough to buy it with out looking up the book value, and you'll have to be choosy and pick rims that other people will like too... and you still won't get all the value back. Just get what you can out of what you have and buy your RSX

Red Dragon how much did the drop cost you to put those things in? I might just go in debt and do it all at once. Make this car a daily driver but with alittle small amount of hussel.
