'93 Civic lug pattern different than on an '02 Civic???
I did a search on this site to find out the lug pattern of a 6th gen Civic. The reason I did this is because I am interested in a used set of RH Evo C2 rims w/tires that were on a '93 Civic. The owner told me that the lug pattern of the rims is 4x4-1/2. After searching though, I found a few old threads that had information saying that older Civics have the same lug pattern (4x100) as our 7th gens.
Since its true that a '93 Civic would have the same lug pattern as my '02 EX, how could it be possible for this guy to have a lug pattern of 4x4-1/2? I asked him, but all he knew was that it was that size and that he wasn't sure if the rims would fit on my car. Well, for now it looks like they obviously won't with those measurements.
I am hoping though that maybe he is wrong and that the lug pattern is in fact 4x100. I can't see how there would be a difference in our lug patterns if 6th gens and 7th gens have the same measurments. Please help...I want these rims. Thanks.

All stock lug patterns of Civic's are 4x100. He may have had them replaced with another size but I doubt that especially that doesn't sound like a real pattern. Ask if the lugs are stock and if he says yes then the rims will fit.
Travii: Thanks for the quick reply...and only reply for that matter.
All right, I found out what's going on. The first time I talked to the guy selling the RH Evo C2's he failed to tell me that he was selling them because they did in fact have a lug pattern of
4x4-1/2 and for this reason they obviously didn't fit on his '93 Civic. I wish I had known this the first time I talked to him.
Oh well, I might buy a set of 3 month old RH Evo M7000 rims w/tires for $850 this Saturday and I like this style of rim just as much as the C2 anyways.
