Rep Power: 0 Rota is another division of Konig. But they are better wheels IMO. I have 17" Rota Subzeros & they weighed in somewhere between 12-15 lbs each, where Konigs averaged mid-high 20's. They are decent.

do you still know how much you paid for your 17" Subzeros? a rims/tires package?
well, there is Group Buy going on, ( just rims, no tire !)
15" $425 shipped, with hub center rings
16" $485 shipped, with hub center rings
Good price or Expensive deal? do you think buying a rims/tires package is much cheaper than just buying rims?
thanks

Rep Power: 0 Rotas are awesome - they make cook knockoffs of JDM wheels...I'm actually considering getting a set of slipstreams because they're a nice simple clean design. Plus for the weight and price, you can't go wrong!
P.S.: They come with a polished lip design as well

Rep Power: 0 Rota's are nice. Personally I'm saving up for a pair of 15" gunmetal Attacks. The Slipstreams are the ones that got me intersted in Rota, but now that I've seen the Sub-Zero's and Attack's, I prefer those two. Check out Grey's ride...he has 17" Bronze (I think)Rota Attacks on a Silver coupe.
Here's a link to it.

Rota wheels are made in the Phillipines, imported to the U.S and marketed through Cosmic marketing..
now..show me proof that Rota is a division of Konig?
I'm not hating man, just setting the facts straight

Rep Power: 0 rota are decent quality for price.... they're not super rims, but they're not **** either.
you can get a lot nicer wheels if you're willing to spend more money, and not fall into the 'knock off' trend.

Rep Power: 0 i'm planning to get rota subzero 16" or the slipstream 16" in gunmetal or bronze for my silver civc ... which design would you recommend? and yup they are definitely made in the Philippines - i am filipino, and we've got their parent company in our yellow pages, Philippine Aluminum somethin somethin ...hehe rota's wheels are good quality for less cost .. their actually popular locally, especially the slipstreams that's why i'm biased on getting the subzero. I think some teams in asian touring championships use rotas
You’ll be glad to know that Rota Wheel meets the highest international standards. Its manufacturer, Philippine Aluminum Wheels, Inc. (PAWI) holds the coveted ISO 9001 (manufacturing quality and design) certification and QS 9000 which upholds the quality standards of the Big 3 U.S. carmakers.
BTW some selected Konig wheels used to be manufactured by Rota's that might've been the reason why people get confused
