warped rotors... get them resurfaced or get new ones.. you might be able to get it covered under warranty if you still have it. if not, i think they charge alot so it might be better to get brembos or something. someone here has hook ups on them for 150 for cross drilled/slotted rotors, its only for socal people(due to shipping) but i'm sure you could find it for a lil more online. oh and i've heard nopi.com has brembo blanks(looks just like stock) for $17 a peice..

I seriuously doubt that brakes can be covered under warranty as they are a wear-n-tear item. Factory warranties don't cover wear & tear items like that, they mainly cover the engine block & drivetrain, stuff that would be expensive to fix.

This might be completely off .. but I had some rims on my '99 accord .... and braking at highway speeds cause a small shimmy in my steeling wheel... I think it might be the balancing. Even though it might say its balanced on some machines I hear that cuase its aftermarket it will never be perfect. I know here there is 1 store that has a special balancing maching where they leave your tires on and run the balancing test like that ... and it corrects more than the other ones (that take the wheel off).
My '99 didnt get any vibrations getting up to the highway speed but yah when I brake I notice it too ... I think its just cuase its not original equipement.
Rotors I think if warped would feel an uneven braking even when at low speeds as well as high speeds ... so I dont think thats the problem.
