According to www.wheelweights.net, the Nippon Racing F2's weigh 12 pounds in 15"x6.5" format. The Rota Slipstreams weigh 11.9 pounds in 15"x6.5" format. I guess they're pretty darn close. The Ebay page says the Nippon wheels weigh only 11 pounds. Who the hell knows who's right or not? I know that the Rota's are pretty good quality for the price. They're not forged, but they're better made than just simple casting. Either spun cast or pressure cast (depending on wheel). I've had a really good curbing in my Rota Attacks and they're stout. I though that it was a crash, but the wheels didn't give much. They can support a lot of weight and can be used on heavier cars. I'm not sure how much weight the Nippon wheels are able to support?
